I am trying to install unbuntu on a mac mini ppc g4 mac os x 10.4.11 I can not use the usb ports because my keyboard and mouse are taking all of them up. And the D://drive does not work.I extracted the unbuntu 11.10.iso and tryed the wubi on my oter computer. It worked but, its a .exe file so it can not run on mac os.

You can't install Ubuntu on a Mac Mini: it's only available for Intel architecture, not the PowerPC. You need Yellow Dog Linux http://www.yellowdoglinux.com/products/ydl/
A look at their forum shows lots of people with Mac Minis: if you have any problems with YDL, they will be better able to help than us.

Sorry, but wrong. You can download the PPC version of Ubuntu 10.04 LTS here.
Also, as far as I understand it, nowadays Yellow Dog Linux is a commercial distro that concentrates on the Cell architecture and CUDA. I would rather recommend to go for Debian, Frugalware or one of the BSDs.

Wether there's a ppc version or not, you still need to find a way to install it. I read that macs can't boot unetbootin, so you may have to buy a external optical drive, disconnect your mouse and navigate with the keyboard through the install: if it works.
