Smile I need help choosing a freeware site


Hi i need to download programs like open office etc. for Ubuntu could u tell me if u know any good sites!!!

This is not windows. It doesn't work like that. Your system already has direct access to thousands of packages via apt-get and the other tools already on your system. Tucows not required.

Why don't you use your package manager, as suggested in your other thread?
