I have DualBoot.odt
what i need is. "Fedora Live CD."
It would be wonderful if you could provide me with any advice om how to set up a Dual Boot
1) Windows 7 (x64)
2) Linux Fedora 21 (x64)
FYI: My O: drive is my DVD burner

There's not much to it. Just go to fedora site, download the x64 version and burn the image to CD. These modern partition managers usually give you the option to specifically keep the windows partitions intact and install Fedora on the remaining free space.

If all the partitions are being used by windows, before installing fedora, boot into windows - right click on my computer - manage, go the disk management and select from there a partition to shrink with as much space as you'd like to dedicate to Fedora.
