if you are not going to include any needed information

there is really nothing we can do

it is a operating system
What are the hardware specification ?
did you reformat the drive ?
is a boot-loader installed ?
is this a single system install ?
or a dual boot with windows ?

please read "how to ask questions "

To build on what John_VV said, if this was installed as dual-boot (or even single-boot Deepin), do you get a menu to select your OS at time of boot. It should appear just after the POST (Power-On Self Test).
