I have tried 6 distros and cannot get my wireless on my laptop to work
4 years ago my laptops would get me logged on without any help. I thought that drivers for wlans were a thing of the past. My laptop is HP635 and the chip is an Atheros AR9285 I have tried Suse12.2, Fedora17 , Mint KDE 13, Mageia any thoughts?
If I cannot get it to work I will use a wireless USB. Anyone Know what manufacturer I should try that works on the present drivers, my choice would be Realtek?
