i have install the Mplayer But the video grapics is not working.

i have install the mplayer, the audio files are running But the video file is not at all running. why this things happening i don't know . shall i go for another player or reconfigure the player .i am using Red Hat linux.

Mplayer needs Codecs

You possibly only installed the Mplayer without the Codecs. Take a look at There must be ready packages for Red Hat, perhaps at packman, but I don't know much about that because I use Suse Linux.
