I have failed to access Wi-Fi on my ubuntu laptop... I please need help
 

I use ubuntu 16.04LTS on my computer. Of late it has failed to connect to any Wi-Fi! The laptop display: /bin/sh: Syntax error: "("unexpected Error for wireless request "Commit changes"(8B00):
SET failed on device wlan0; operation not supported. Connect_to_network: DHCP client not found,please set this in the preferences. It then displays Acquiring IP Address(DHCP) for long... I please need help on how i can access Wi-Fi on my ubuntu laptop.

Can you please copy & paste the full output of the command (including the command itself, that generates that error).

Without more details, I am guessing your failed command includes the "set" operation, and that "set" is not supported by your hardware.

Have you tried connecting using the GUI Network Manager icon? (As opposed to from the Terminal.)
