i have 2 hd and i want to make dual boot
i have an 80 gig with windows installed on it and a 30 gig with red hat installed on it, i just want to ask if i have to make both hd as master, the one as primary master and the other as secondary master so they can both boot or should reinstall red hat? anybody can give me a clear explanation of what should i do?:newbie:

You can only have one labeled as the primary (master); the other is necessarily secondary (slave). But, you can make them both bootable, which is what I think you're looking for. Since you're using RH, are you also using grub as your bootloader? If so, install grub to the MBR, and edit /boot/grub/menu.lst, or /etc/grub.conf, whatever it is that RH uses, to boot both OS's.
