I got switched from a word process doc. into spreadsheet form. now ALL is spreadsheet

I was in a word proc. doc but I hit some button, now everything is turning into a spreadsheet doc. How can I return to the whole-page, word processing format and stop having everything turn to spreadsheet? Thanks.

What word-processor / office suite are you using?

Have you tried closing the file and the program, and then re-opening your file? (If you think that the file was changed, save it under a new name before closing)
