I cant update my ubuntu, and installing flash player

help me, this message error

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.


i try used dpkg --configure -a
dpkg: requested operation requires superuser privilege

i still can update T_T

Try

Code:
sudo dpkg --configure -a
'Sudo' gives you superuser privilege.
