I cannot register my site for SEO because i get 403,404 errorrs

following errorr logs i found.
[Wed Nov 12 11:05:54 2008] [error] [client] File does not exist: /home/bevin/domains/
[Wed Nov 12 11:05:54 2008] [error] [client] File does not exist: /home/bevin/domains/

please help me

It is giving you those as errors because those files don't seem to exist.
