I can't seem to find any easy to use cyber cafe timer for Linux.

I am a 3rd year student of IT. I have been trying to configure a cyber cafe timer and I have so far tried Mkahawa and CCL. However the problem is following the instructions since most of them require you to be conversant with the Gnome commands. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Post what you've attempted to do thus far; and where your problems lie; and then people will be able to help you.
