That is way too vague for anyone to assist meaningfully. Did you download and install the appropriate Brother driver yet? Distro/version?

Welcome to LQ Bigdaddy319,

In addition to the point made and questions asked by ferrari, please see our Site FAQ for further guidance as to how best to compose your questions.

The link in my signature citing how to use the LinuxQuestions site is also good to check.

I can't see any problem, any question or request here. If you need guidance please add some details, otherwise hard to say anything. How can we help you? http://catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-ques...html#beprecise

I have a Brother MFC-J995DW that works fine.

I used its Wi-Fi setup to add it to my router, and then gave it a reserved IP address.

Then added a Network printer and Manjaro found it no problem.

See the link below for the Linux driver for the MCF-L2710DW.

You will also find manuals and trouble shooting information on at this link.

Is your network something simple like a router set up out of the box and a few devices connecting directly to that router (a printer, cell phones, laptop, tablet, computer, etc) or do you have something more complex with things like switches, WAPs, VLANs etc?
