If you look in the Main Menu on this site, you will find a Linux Links link.
A great site is www.tldp.org ( The Linux Documentation Project )
Also, there is a lot of online documentation that comes with Fedora Core.

Well you don't say what version of Linux you're using, I'm assuming Fedora Core 5 because of your profile.
