I am in Knoppix. I have to delete the MBR or else...

I very well may have to reformat windows. Can somebody please give me help on how to delete the MBR from hd0. It still has Grub on it, and now my computer locks up when it reboots. I have to get rid of Grub.

Eh if you run windows 2k or XP you can use the Windows cd to boot into the recovery console. There you can use the command fixmbr (well, something like that, there's a help and command list). That will put the windows MBR back. Depending on what distro you use, you might be able to do something similar with those cd's.
