Unhappy I am having trouble installing urpmi setup.

Yes, I've Googled, and yes looked around at threads. but I can't install urpmi.setup-0.4.4-5mdk from my Mandrakelinux Control Center. Oh yes, the file comes up in a search. However it asks
for the DVD, then opens my CDR drive? Ok, I close it and insert my DVD which is an ico burn into my DVD drive and my CDR drive shoots open again asking for the DVD. Oh, and I also ran all 5 ico CDRs as well and it would not accept them either. I do not hold a club membership with Mandriva Club because I feel the cost is insane, so please don't suggest it. However if anyone can help this newbie, I would appreciate it greatly.

Go to http://easyurpmi.zarb.org and setup access to a 'main' source. It will then get the software by downloading it from a mirror so this will workaround the CD drive problem.

As for fixing the CD/DVD source:
When you put the DVD in can you browse to it in konqueror or whatever and see the files and folders on it?
If so then go to the software sources manager in the MCC and delete the existing 'Installation DVD' source (whatever its called). Now insert the DVD and add it as a source again, hopefully it will be picked up properly now.
