Question I've lost the option to 'add' and 'remove' in system (limpus lite)

I'm new to Linux and finding it quite a learning experience!
I finally found the option to enable right click on desktop and used this to open 'add and remove' option in system tag, but now I go back and it is no longer there. Re-booted and still it's gone! Any ideas how I can get it back?
