Question hw to crate repository in linux


hi all ,

I know the process to create the Server1.repo file but is it neccesary that d baseurl must contain d path from /var means we have to copy all d cds(os cd's) in /var directory ...........
plz help me ........thanx

Even if it was why not just mount the cd under var or maybe I'm misunderstanding your desired result.

I think the answer is no, but I only have a vague idea of what the question is.

To get a definitive answer, you would have to at least mention the distro and version and, preferably, be clear with your explanation.
