huawei160 under Slack13


Hi ...
have installe the new slack 13 distri and couldnt acces inet over my huawei160 medion umts-stick.

anyone out there who can help

what is a huawei160 medion umts-stick.

can you see the device? `ifconfig -a`

Hi ...

Sorry for the late Answer, too much work

No, couldnt see it in ifconfig, cause its no network Device.
Its a Modem for Internet over Mobile Network.

Slackware knows the Device and i have installed and configured usb_modeswitch to.
