httpd not running after installing Apache::DBI and HTML::Template

Hello all,

I upgraded mysql 3.23.58 to 4.1.22 successfully. httpd was running fine at this moment. I installed Apache-DBI and HTML-Template using cpan. after that httpd gives the following error when I try to start it.

httpd failed. The error was: Starting httpd: [FAILED].

Apache version is 2.0.53-3.3

any insights into this problem will greatly be appreciated. Plz also email me ur replies at harisgulzar@gmail.com along with posting here.

You should take a look at apache error_log to see if you find more details about the problem.
