Question http server


Im using SLES9

Im trying to configure my http server, I would like to ask what is:

*ServerName: ------is this my domain name or FQDN
ex. (1) or
(2) where fs1 my computer name----which is correct!!! OR can u tell me the correct ONE

*Server Administrator Email
---what is the standard way of typing the email here.Can u give me sample.

*What is the command in linux to show the version of my OS or using a GUI in SLES9 whre can i locate it.

Pls help me

For the OS info you can use:
uname -a

at the command line.
