http.conf - comment or uncomment AddType since html files not showing in browser?

Hello All! When I had uploaded my site to i recieve some message up scripting alongt he lines of:

$HOME_TITLE, "JS" => _SCRIPT_ . "/function.js", "BGCOLOR" => "#FFFFFF"); include _INCLUDE_ . "/"; //generate menu part $menu_property["ACTIVE_MENU"] = "home"; //include _INCLUDE_ . "/"; include dirname(__FILE__) . "/"; //generate footer part include _INCLUDE_ . "/"; ?>

The site is written in php and html. When I copied the httpd.conf file from the working server to my testing server, I still get the same message. I was thinking of changing the current AddType line in the http.conf file from

# AddType allows you to add to or override the MIME configuration
# file mime.types for specific file types.
#AddType application/x-tar .tgz

to this

# AddType allows you to add to or override the MIME configuration
# file mime.types for specific file types.
#AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .html .phtml .php3

Would this make the page display correctly? All help would be appreciated. You can see the page for yourself at
