hpasm on proliant servers, do i need a hpsim server too

I have setup several DL380/DL360 RHEL5.2 servers.

I would like to install hpasm to monitor components with the hpasmcli function.

Can you tell me if I can install hpasm on all the servers without the need for a hpsim server.

Thanks.

I found answer by trying and yes it will work if want to monitor each system seperately. Which was ok as we had scripts running collating information.
