HP printer printing out network configuration page

Without giving the instruction to do so, my printer (HP Envy 5640 E-All-in-One Printer) suddenly prints out a Network Configuration page, after I had scanned a document.
I am baffled. What could be the cause of this?

Did you recognize the network configuration in the printout?

No one is on my network. I am the only one. The network address is my home address: 192.168.etc.

What is interesting, though, is that my wifi is on.
Furthermore, it says this:
Microsoft Web Service
WS Discovery:
Status Enabled
WS Print:
Status Eanbled

That is all weird in my opinion and worth investigating.

Log into your router and see whether anyone else is using it.
