Hi, Im so so helpless.. been tasked to try ubuntu if we can use this in our office.. but when i tried installing one of our network printers HP Laserjet P1606DN, i was stacked! it's very critical that ill be install this printer. The error is NT_STATUS_REQUEST_NOT_ACCEPTED.. I really dont know what does it mean.. I was able to install hplip but when i did the test print.. this is the error.. Help pls.. im running out of time in my testing..
Since NT_STATUS_REQUEST_NOT_ACCEPTED is a windows error we will need some additional information about your office network.
Are you trying to connect to the printer via a windows PC?
But I'm using an ubuntu based computer.. before i implement ubuntu, would just want to make sure that i have all the correct drivers for all our printers. this is the only printer that i cannot connect to from my ubuntu pc..
