HowTo: special chars (ŰűŐő) in file names

Hi,

I have ArchLinux.
I want special chars in file names.

This chars 'éáöüóúíÉÁÖÜÓÍ' are OK.
I have problems with this chars 'ŰűŐő'.

If I try to use them the system renames the file, changing this chars into '?'
eg. 'áramütés' -> 'áram?tés'

Please help...
