How Update Firefox version on Slackware?


I Would like to know how update Firefox version on Slackware, because it doesn't do automatic.

Either:
Through using slackpkg. See the SlackDocs page, if you're not sure about that procedure. You'll get the -esr releases that way.
Or:
Get and run this script whenever a new release comes out:

I use https://gist.github.com/ruario/9672798 as brianL suggested. Then use the pkgtool utilities to install the created package from the new Mozilla binary.

Or you could use the package available at the versions level patches directory. Such as: http://slackware.mirrors.tds.net/pub...ches/packages/ directory to get; http://slackware.mirrors.tds.net/pub..._slack14.1.txz

Please notice that these Slackware versions are now using Mozilla ESR for packages.

EDIT: Please use Slackware Doc Project for documentation needs/reference.
