How to verify effective RAM speed on running RHEL 5 Server..?

Hi All!

I am facing an issue with an R905 Poweredge production server RHEL 5 OS, few days back this server went down due to some Hardware Failure and while booting up it was not coming up with displaying actual Present RAM(which is 64Gig, 667Mhz, 32x2gig DIMMS), it came up with around 50gig RAM with 533Mhz, tech support guy tried with replacing DIMMS which didn't worked out then they changed system board and the box is now up which shows 64Gig, 533Mhz while during bootup.

But while I can see DIMM's configuration using "dmidecode" as 667 Mhz but while booting it shows 533Mhz, now i need to check and show that the box running with 533Mhz or 667Mhz Ram clock, as this is a live production box, I can not reboot it.

Is there there any utility/tool to check Present status of RAM (at which speed it's effective at present)? I have tried following:

1. Dmidecode but this displays Dimm's actual property.
2. lshaal : Could not found a related entry.
3. lshw: couldn't install this using yum and not allowed to download and compile code on the box due to policies.

Any help, reference would be great help..

thanks & regards,
Parveen Khera
