how to use yum localinstall? when I collect many rpms

If we collect many rpm packages into one directory,
and these packages have dependencies
How can I use yum localinstall to install them in sequence?
in sequence means that there is no dependencies warning when installing

There is a yum plugin for that ... it is out of order in Fedora 10, 11

Better follow http://www.g-loaded.eu/2005/12/11/local-yum-repository/
