Keying in "linux command line tutorial" in Google yields lots. Things like this:

Your question is vague...we can't just tell you EVERYTHING about the command line, but if you ask specific questions like "How do you find files of a certain type?", or "How can I check permissions?", that's something that's easier to address.

Well first let's look at the command line environment. You are probably using BASH so do a search for BASH tutorials. Second look for tutorials on command line utilities.
