how to use SCTP for video streaming in NS2?

hello everyone,I want to make a simulation about analysis peformance SCTP for video streaming in NS2.35 using linux kernel,but I dont know what should I change in sctp.cc to make it work with evalvid, can anyone help me to make it work please?
