How to update BonEcho or installing flash plugin in DSL2.5.* or both?
This's to re-post a thread already in its proper (but inactive) forum!
Have a CompaqHP laptop with 512 MB of RAM, no hdd that can boot up from a Flash HDD (64 MB) containing DSL (FAT16) which is almost completely full so, probably, I need to uninstall BonEcho before attempting to install a newer version & hoping I've enough left for the plugin. There're other things that I can delete from my installation for making as much space as possible, some games & other not used applications but don't know right now which ones they might be.
Does someone here knows enough of DSL from ver 2.4.* to 4.2.5 to guide me in doing this? I d/l vers. 4.2.5 & 4.4.10 isos, how difficult it might be to update the OS itself? By doing the latter, can I solve/alleviate some of my issues?
Thanks in advance for any help! I hope this forum isn't as dead as the original one (the board)!

Moderator note: please don't do double posts. The correct way is to report your own Original Post and ask a moderator for moving: please, notice that you can use the Report button in the lower-right corner of the post in order to send a report. Moreover, since this one has been already answered, I've reported the other thread in DamnSmallLinux for closure. You don't need to take any further action. Thank you in advance for your collaboration.
