how to uninstall one linux os without affeting booting another linux os

I have following installations on Hard Disk
1)linux Mint 15 "Olivia" on sd3
2)edubuntu 13.04 on sda6
3)windows 7 on sda1
Now I want to remove (uninstall) edubuntu 13.04 on sda6
How should I do it without affecing booting of other two OS (linux Mint 15 "Olivia" on sd3 and windows 7 on sda1)

I had installed Grub Customizer.

Just make sure mint's grub is in the drivers seat (i.e. by running 'grub-install /dev/sda' or such from mint).
Then just nuke the 'buntu part.
