how to turn on the system everyday by using bios?

I have tried the following method to turn on the system.
BIOS->Power Management -> Resume by RTC(change enable and give the Alaram time and date). but the system is not ON.
Could you please tell me the method to Turn ON the system at certain time?

It would depend on bios support. You can't exactly turn it on but you can recover from an almost power off state if your bios and OS support a type of S state. I think it is state 4 or 5 but you need to check on that.
