how to transfer file from guest redhat 9 to host win xp using vmware
Hi all I installed redhat 9 in vmware and want to transfer file from redhat 9 to host win xp. I also make shared folder and I successfully transfer file from host to guest but I dont know transfer file from guest to host. please if someone know so tell me

Check the folder permissions in VMware. Make sure the folder is set to read/write. Then copy the file on the Linux box with cp. If that doesn't work, there is a great program called winscp. It gives you a GUI for transferring files between the systems. You may have to install or enable ssh on the Linux box first.
