How to study more about harddisk?
Hello,
How to study more details of hard disk like sda and sdb how it store so many bits how its mechanical hardware work?

I would start with wikipedia, look for partitions, filesystems and hdd.

why we make partion while formating it only delete C in window 7 not other drives.

Once again, you are NOT being clear in the question you are asking. If you would like to learn more about how hard drives work in general, then ardvark71 has already given you a good starting point (see his post above and click on the link, simple mate!).
