how to start x11 in shell from knoppix-std
 

hi all,

i'm really new to linux so i started with knoppix.

there is an option to press <ctrl>+<alt>+<F2> to get to a commandline based OS.

now my question is, how to get the gui back after i did this? i've tried several things, but none of them work.... :(

Cntrl Alt F7 aughta do it.

ok, that doesn't work, any onther suggestions??? i'm bumping my head to the wall by now, i can't find anything usefull about this subject....:(
