how to start a img file on another partition than memdisk in extlinux?

hello,
I have a SD card I can put in my PCs or into an USB adapter for booting PCs.
This SD card has 2 partitions:
- first (ext2 boot partition) and
- second (FAT32 partition)
I want to start an img file which is on the second partition from memdisk which is on the first partition (see below; for it, I use extlinux).
Question: how to indicate the path to initrd for finding the kolibri.img file?
Any help is welcome.
