How to share IP addresses

I want to share one IP address for three domain names using a Linux server. How do I do this. Also I want one server in one DSL connection to "hold" 4 IP addresses. How do I do this in Linux?

Thank you for the responses so far. By "HOLD" IP addresses I mean that the telecommunications company in my country will be providing me with a DSL connection that will come with four iP addresses. What I want to know is how to distinguish each IP address from the other using ONE Linux server.

If I read your question right you want to have one IP address that has multiple domains using a Linux web server? To do this you use Virtual Hosts in Apache. As for your "HOLD" question I don't follow? What do you mean by "HOLD" 4 IP addresses???

three domains? using my crystal ball you mean web sites, right? that'll be done with virtual hosts in apache. as for "hold"... you'll need to define that a lot more really.
