How to set up sendmail-8.12.10 and run?
 

Dear Friends,

I want to install the latest version of sendmail.
I downloaded and untared the source.

How can I build and install.

There are two Builds

/usr/local/src/sendmail-8.12.10

and

/usr/local/src/sendmail-8.12.10/sendmail/

I executed the first one.

It reported two errors

1)assert.c 88 Internal Error: Bus error
2) ...../libsm/linsm.a error

I have gone thru all README files...
But I could not figure it out the where the exact problem is...

Please let me know if there is any step by step method for sendmail-8.12.10
installlaition?
