How to set up iptables for this scenario?

I have linux RHEL AS4 running apache web service.I want to add two new servers under the system with this acting as a LB.The web services will run on the other two box.The http request should come only from the LB an not through other clients.The request should go through only the LB.Im a Newbie.Cd any one of you help me out.

If I get it right, you want one router system which has outside IP address and two systems behind it with internal IPs, right? If so, it's simple IP forwarding.

Thanx for the update I have accomplished the task by using Iptables .I have found similar LQ's in this forum which was very useful.Tx
