how to set up bit torrent firebird

i read that in mozilla there is a way to set up helper apps to open not save bit torrent files, is there a way to do this in firebird?? and has anyone used the gui?? i have it installed but can't seem to open it, every command i try i get an cannot find. thanks in advance
