how to set odbc
I am using LSB_VERSION="core-2.0-noarch:core-3.0-noarch:core-2.0-x86_64:core-3.0-x86_64"
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 (x86_64) VERSION = 10 ACCESSING SOFTWARE=PUTTY ACCESSING OS= XP I am totally new to linux and really benefited due to this forum. right now I have the following problem PROBLEM: How do I find and set the Oracle odbc?? thanks & kind regards |
You are using SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10. To install odbc, run the software management tool from YAST (the SUSE control centre), search for odbc and install the packages you need.

Most distros don't include oracle stuff. Google search for "oracle+odbc" and you will find some links on the Oracle website about odbc.
