"run dialog" command for netbeans and virtualbox?

i just installed binaries virtualbox and netbeans but i don't know how to launch them cos their icons didn't show up in the kmenu. what are the commands i should enter?thanks!

VirtualBox is the command line for virtualbox opensource.

check ~/netbeans-version/bin/netbeans, its something like that
