how to run linux on samsung delve touch phone

i was just wondering if anyone knew how to run linux on a samsung delve or instinct touch cell phone? (both the same phone) thanks.

No, those phones use custom proprietary operating systems. There is no way to install a new one, at least not without a year or two of reverse engineering and kernel modification.
