how to run everything in a folder

hi, I'm trying to run all scripts in a given folder. How do I do that?

This might work, but I haven't tested it:
for i in *; do ./"$i"; done

just a wild guess:
find /path/to/directory -maxdepth 1 -type f -perm -u=x -exec {} \;
