How to restart the webserver using "-verbose:class"

Please tell me how to restart the webserver using "-verbose:class"

distro? (fedora/debian/slack/gentoo/etc..)
webserver? apache?


in most linux distros you can restart apache by doing /etc/init.d/apache restart (or force-restart/force-reload, can't remember exactly right now).

We need a lot more information from you before we can give you a better answer.
