how to reset default settings in application launch bar in zorin

I have messed up the application launch bar in zorin and would like to reset it without reinstalling zorin.

A lot of desktops these days store most launcher type stuff (ok, a lot of desktop stuff) under/below ~/.config/
default settings of what?

does it have a confit file you can get to?
deleting it sets it back to defaults IF as most good programmers do. Write the program to recreate a new one - or has build it defaults that only a config file can change.

ALWAYS assume that somebody already had that very same problem, and posted about it.
that way, most solutions are just a web search away.
incidentally, that's what forums are there for: not reinventing the wheel all the time. create a database of problem-solution pairs.
