how to solve my grub it is corrupted and it shows grub prompt I am trying to solve by typing grub-install command or any command I type it shows only UNrecognised command.
It shows grub>
when I am trying commands: grub-install, path:$path /home/bin/bash, or
any commands by typing it shows only unrecognised command
Plz help me in locating what i want do

There are over 500 different distributions of Linux so start by telling us which one you are using and which release. Is this a new install? Have you had this installation working for a period of time and now got a problem with Grub. If the latter case, what changes if any were made just prior to the problem. From the information you posted, you have only one unidentified version of Linux installed, correct?
The commands you indicate you tried need to be run from inside a Linux system and not from a Grub prompt as pointed out above. Section 14 of the Grub Manual at the link below shows all the Grub commands. If you can download and burn and run the boot repair tool on your computer, selecting the option to Create BootInfo Summary, you could post the link to the output here as it will give a lot of information.
