how to remove device icons?
Hi all,
I'm using KDE 3.2 and Mandrake 10 This is what happen, I tried to mount a removable drive (CF reader). I added the line dev/sda1 /mnt/removable vfat user,noauto,umask=0 0 0 on fstab. However everytime I reboot Linux will automatically add another icon for removable device in the desktop. Can anyone tell me how to stop linux from autodetecting my removable drive everytime I boot. And can someone tell me how to delete those icons (I can't delete it normally, and they don't appear in the desktop directory either...) thanks in advance... |
well actually I can remove them if I delete the directory /mnt/removable2 and /mnt/removable3 and /mnt/hd
However if I reboot they will come back.... |
